8. Payment Terms & Credit Card Processing Fees

All fees for services provided by US Telephone Networks are due in accordance with the applicable invoice or service agreement.

Effective immediately, all payments made by credit or debit card are subject to a non-refundable processing fee equal to 3% of the total transaction amount. This fee is assessed to offset payment processing costs charged by third-party payment processors.

The 3% processing fee will be clearly disclosed at the time of payment and added to the total amount charged to the card.

By submitting a credit or debit card payment, you authorize US Telephone Networks to charge the applicable service amount plus the 3% processing fee.

Alternative payment methods (such as ACH, wire transfer, or check), if offered, may not be subject to this fee.

US Telephone Networks reserves the right to modify payment methods, fees, or billing practices at any time, subject to applicable law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
